It is unclear how You explain the solution to this crossword with the selection of colors. The colors are chosen correctly, do not merge. But if You it was hard to decide what's color blindness?

@NevilleJ, yes, this type of nonograms can be quite an issue for a colorblind person However, there is quite a lot of small black-and-white griddlers here! @milashka2011 probably NevilleJ meant that for the color blind then all of the colors look like one shade of grey(
