The opportunity is there: the image in the frame "Picture" left mouse button click on the square icon with the image of the balloon, the original opens in a new tab; if it is large, then when you hover over it the cursor changes to a magnifying glass with a plus on it; if you click again on this image, then it will unfold in full scale (then plus in the magnifying glass changes to a minus); to return to the previous state need to re-click it with the left mouse button.

На вид есть обработка. И есть hdr - это когда берут несколько фотографий (светлую, среднюю, тёмную) и склеивают особым алгоритмом в одну, чтобы не было бело там, где светло и не было чёрно там, где темно, а всё было видно. Но при такой обработке есть негативные моменты - светлые ареолы при переходе от тёмного к светлому (чаще всего видно на стыке неба с, например, крышей) и кое-где неестественный цвет, как тут здание становится абсолютно серым в тени. Видимо в тот день было черезвычайно яркое солнце - пришлось фотографировать так, чтобы было видно и в свете и в тени.
Ну и высокий контраст, из за которого уменьшение изображения, будь оно неладно, даёт столь резкие границы.
В итоге в принципе видно, что что-то не то, но ничего прям криминального нет - качество здесь не улучшишь, искажениями это тоже и не назовёшь...
