No, there is no perfect algorithm on a 100% convergence check for the majority of varieties of solitaire games besides brute force with the number of attempts approaches infinity. for some types of solitaire, Scorpion is not one of them, we have on the website the algorithm of generation of layouts implemented some methods that increase several times the probability of convergence. it is theoretically possible to cut even those who are hesitant from the very first moves, but this is not yet implemented and will not solve completely the problem.
